Deskly

Privacy policy

Draft for the pilot. This policy is being reviewed by a lawyer and will be updated before general launch.

ZendTech Solutions Limited (“we”) runs Deskly. This page explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Two kinds of people

Business customers use our dashboard. Website visitors chat with a business’s assistant. For visitors, the business decides why their data is collected and we process it for them as a service provider.

What we collect

  • Business customers: name, email, business details, the facts you give the assistant, and settings.
  • Website visitors: the messages they type, any name, email or phone number they share, booking details, and a random visitor ID stored in their browser.
  • Technical data: IP address (for abuse limits), browser type, and error logs.
  • Contact form messages.

How we use it

  • To run the assistant, bookings, leads and the dashboard.
  • To keep the service safe and to limit abuse and cost.
  • To support you and to improve reliability.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use visitors’ chats to train AI models.

AI providers

To write replies, the text of a chat and the business facts needed to answer are sent to an AI model provider we select. The provider and its location are listed for each business on request.

Where data is stored

In a managed, encrypted database. Each business’s data is separated from the others.

Keeping and deleting data

Business owners can export their data and ask us to delete it. After an account closes we keep data for 30 days so it can be recovered, then delete it. Backups expire on their normal cycle.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. If you chatted with a business, contact that business first. You can also contact us at hello@zendtechs.com.
